Leadership Dinner
We are in the midst of a paradigm change for leadership. Leadership cannot be attributed anymore to one person in a hierarchy but is becoming a social process in which different people continually and jointly give different form and content. This shared leadership is fitting in an era in which the boundaries of the traditional organization are fading by collaborations online and in networks. Paul-Peter Feld is Director of HR & Organisation of Xerox Netherlands and is known as an innovative thinker in his field.
